Meaning take Cynveedour or whatever. When it evolves through a stone or something, it fully evolves, becoming a Typhodoomeon or whatever. However, it can also evolve independently in a sense. IE the eevee part doesn't change, but its other genes do, given the right conditions. IE Typhdoomevee.
Really it's just all weird and you can do whatever the fuck you want. XD
That said, umbreon really does work well with it. I like the chin being black, it's quite nice.
It sort of reminds me of a doberman.
